Gloria Huang

Gloria Huang immigrated to San Francisco from Taiwan in 1962 with a suitcase, a nursing degree, and a determination that her children would remember as the defining feature of her personality. She worked as a nurse at San Francisco General Hospital for thirty-eight years, eventually becoming the head nurse of the cardiac unit.
